This is a video that was taken of me in 2009 when I was in the 8th grade. It was a convocation at school to celebrate not only the Martin Luther King holiday but also to celebrate the election of our first African American President, Barack Obama. Definitely a historical moment in my life.

Martin Luther King gave this famous speech as part of the march on Washington, on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC on August 28, 1963. This speech is known worldwide by all races, colors and creeds. It was the first step of a long journey in search of equality for all mankind.
